Garmin products are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

If you are unfortunate to experience a fault with your unit you must contact Garmin on the free phone number below and ask for a fault reference number.

Faulty units should then be returned to the following address stating where you purchased the unit and include your name, address and contact telephone number. You must also include the serial number and the fault reference number.
